Deposits & Final Payments

If the final balance is not received by the due date, your booking cannot be guaranteed and Trail Sisters reserves the right to cancel your booking and you will forfeit your deposit.

Cancelations

Trail Sisters Run with Her Retreats allows you to reserve your spot with a $500 deposit.

June 6th – 9th Important Dates

• Cancel before December 31st and all monies less a $200 cancellation fee will be refunded. 
• Final payment due by February 1st. 
• Cancel before February 28th and receive a 50% refund of full payment.
• No refunds will be given after February 28th. 

August 1st – 4th Important Dates

• Cancel before February 28th and all monies less a $200 cancellation fee will be refunded. 
• Final payment due by April 1st. 
• Cancel before April 30th and receive a 50% refund of full payment.
• No refunds will be given after April 30th. 

Past experience with late cancelations has made it incredibly costly (both in time and money) to fill open spots. Many times we have not been able to fill these spots because of the lack of time to re-market, or not enough planning time for the potential retreater. We recommend purchasing trip insurance if you think there is a chance you may need to cancel, especially closer to retreat time (see below). 

Trail Sisters reserves the right to cancel any retreat due to lack of demand. We will make the cancelation decision 90 days prior to the event. Participants will be refunded all payments.

Trail Sisters reserves the right to cancel any retreat due to natural disaster, forest fire, forest closures or other issues outside of Trail Sisters control. Participants will be refunded all payments excluding the $500 deposit.

Please consider purchasing Trip Insurance if you are concerned about a future issue impacting your ability to attend the retreat.
