I have run races from 5k to 100 miles, but self-supported adventures are my absolute favorite! I have adventured in the Grand Canyon, birthed two kids, circumnavigated Mt Hood, packed school lunches and my hydration pack side-by-side, glissaded off a volcano, taken countless family bike rides in my neighborhood, and I’m always ready to explore a new trail.I am a coach because empowering women to realize a new level of potential sets my soul on fire.
My Coaching Style / Methodology
My coaching style is organic. Working with a coach is only awesome if it works with your real life, your training preferences, and your goals. As your season progresses your needs will change and your training plan ought to change, too. You can expect a customized training plan (including running, cross training, strength, and rest), weekly review, accountability, open communication, and a once a month meeting to discuss training progress more in depth.I live in Portland, OR, but welcome the opportunity to coach women anywhere.
