I am a certified running coach through Road Runner’s Club of America (RRCA) as well as an ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist. I’ve always loved to exercise and be active but did not find my love for running into after my twins were born. I have run races of all distances including 5k – 50k, from road, trail and mountain running. I began coaching because I wanted to share my enthusiasm for running with others. I believe any BODY can be a runner. It just takes the right training plan to make it work. The best part about coaching is the joy in seeing others achieve their goals and being able to be a part of their journey.
My Coaching Style / Methodology
I understand the struggle balancing the demands of training and your daily life to meet your goals. I’m a great motivator and will be your biggest cheerleader. No two athletes are the same so no two training plans should be either. Cookie cutter training plans don’t work for everyone. Each runner has specific needs and abilities that I can address.
