Running together in groups is a driving force for our community. It fosters new friendships, trail running education, exploration of local routes, and simply the motivation to get outside. The COVID-19 crisis is forcing us apart, preventing coveted interactions. Retaining mental and physical motivation is much harder now, but not impossible!
Join our collective journey around the globe! Every distance counts, whether a bonafide trail run or walking circles around your kitchen. Track your miles solo or invite your friends and create a team, tagging your miles together.
Only registered entrants are eligible for random drawings. Prizes include hydration systems from Nathan, trail shoes and gear from Merrell, virtual fits & shoes from Fleet Feet, Trail Sisters Swag, and much much more!
Use a GPS watch, platforms like Strava or Map My Run, or an old-school hip pedometer! Treadmills include your data on their control board, and for those doing stairs repeats or other creative workouts, give us your best guess! Whether going long or short, it all adds up!

The CDC Foundation’s Emergency Response Fund provides immediate, flexible resources to CDC experts addressing emergencies that affect the public’s health—whether natural disasters, emerging disease outbreaks or bioterrorist threats. Support through this fund from organizations and individuals provides speed and flexibility, which are essential elements in saving lives during crisis situations.
